This year, World Book Day will take place on Thursday 5th March. The theme of this year’s World Book Day is ‘reading for fun’ and is all about promoting children’s love of reading and reading for pleasure.

This year the children have voted on what they would like to do for World Book Day. It was a split vote across the school so this year children can either come to school wearing their pyjamas or dress up as their favourite book character. The choice is yours!

At the end of the day, the children will bring home their £1 book token to exchange for one of this year’s books.
