Timetable The coach will be leaving from school at 12.30pm The timetable that we have been given is below: 12.45 -13.45 – Schools arrive and go to designated areas 13.45 – 14.10 – Children will be seated in position in auditorium 14.15-17.00 – Full rehearsal for children with band and professionals 17.00-18.30 – Break for all performers (all to have a packed lunch tea) 18.00 – Doors open for audience 19.00-20.45 approx. – Concert (two halves plus an interval)

As you can imagine, with such large numbers of performers and audience members, the plan for leaving at the end of the concert is a military operation . To ensure everyone’s safety, we will return ALL children to school on the coach and you can collect from there at approximately 9.30pm . If you are coming to watch, children will still return to Barford on the coach.
