Dear Parents,
I am delighted to be able to confirm that we have booked an exciting class trip to All Things Wild Nr Evesham on Tuesday 3rd March 2026.

Children will need to wear their usual uniform including school jumper or cardigan. This is partially an outdoor attraction, therefore please dress your child for the weather on the day including a welly bag if it is really wet. Otherwise, school shoes will be fine. Please make sure children arrive at school promptly on the day, as we will be leaving shortly after arrival. We will expect to return to school in time for the usual end of school day.

We are asking for a non-refundable contribution of £25 for each child which includes entry ticket to the attraction, 2 education activities run by the centre, a ride on the Dino Train, and coach transport costs.

Please make the payment of £25.00 before 3rd February 2026 via ParentPay. Unfortunately, if we do not receive enough payments to cover the full cost of the trip, it will be cancelled and all money paid will be refunded. If you are experiencing financial difficulties in covering the cost of this trip, please write to us in confidence to request support at admin3587@welearn365.com prior to 3rd February 2026.

Children will require a water bottle and either a packed lunch from home. As your child is entitled to universal free school meals, if you would like the school to provide a packed lunch for your child, please click on the link below and complete the form by 3rd February 2026. They have the option to choose a deli bag lunch prepared for them at school. You will also need to give your consent for your child to take part in this visit via ParentPay by 3rd February 2026.
